I am student teaching right now and I have the best cooperating teachers! In speech class we are doing sales speeches right now and one girl presented her Kitchen Aid and brought the class pumpkin cookies that she had made in it. My cooperating teacher saved the recipe for me and I went home and made them during lunch so I could bring them back for my Drama class party after lunch. They are seriously the easiest cookies I have ever made. Only two ingredients! And they taste great too!
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes of spice cake mix
- 1 large can of pumpkin
Directions:
Mix together the cake mix and the pumpkin. Drop globs onto a cookie sheet (ungreased is fine). Cook in a preheated oven at 350 F. for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
Recipe from one of my speech students.
your great aunt Mary Beth has made these for years! yummy!
