Remember, its ice cream month? I really wanted to post another ice cream recipe this month, but life happens. Between a spur of the moment trip to Chicago, 3 dentist trips, and a teething baby I just didn’t get around to making the Backyard Mint Ice cream I had planned. You’ll probably see it in a week or two. I did want to pay one last tribute to ice cream month by compiling some awesome recipes. Here are some of my personal favorites:
